Do you deliver outside Karachi or to overseas addresses?
Yes, we do deliver outside Karachi and to overseas addresses. For these orders, we require advance payment through one of the following methods:

*Cash on delivery is available for Karachi only

Can I place a bulk order?

How long will my order take to be delivered?
This can vary depending on where you live, and which textbook you have purchased.
Textbooks that are in-stock are delivered by standard post.
I need my textbook urgently; do you have a store where I can pick them up?
Yes, you can definitely pick up your textbooks. If you’re in Karachi, you can get your books directly from our sales point:

If you’re located outside Karachi, you can purchase our books from our authorised wholesalers. For more details, please click on our authorised wholesalers’ section.
Can I get a customized textbook for my school?
Yes, you absolutely can get a textbook custom-written and designed for your school through our platform!
However, please keep in mind that you will be responsible for the costs associated with the writing, designing, and printing of the customized textbook.
Who can get teachers’ resource books?
Teachers’ resource books are developed by subject experts hired by Nexus Publishing House and are a considerable investment of both time, money, and resources. Focusing on accuracy and relevance, these books are the result of time spent writing, editing, reviewing, and formatting.
These resources are only available to verified school managements who have adopted Nexus Publishing House’s textbooks in their schools.
Student teachers, private tutors, parents, and students are not eligible to access the teachers’ resource books.
How do I access the teachers’ resource material?
If you are a verified school management person and our client, you can log in and download the resources. If you don’t have the password, please fill out the form on our main page and your request will go to our head office to verify eligibility. If you are approved, you will be able to access the resources.
What is the return policy?
Textbooks are returnable within 7 days of purchase.
You will receive the refund via the same method used to pay for the purchase.
When returning an item, the postage cost is at the expense of the customer if they have chosen the wrong item or have changed their mind. If the item is an incorrect item shipped from what was ordered, or damaged, Nexus Publishing House will pay for the item to be returned.
What is an 'out of stock order'?
If one of your selections is not currently in stock, we will ship your order as soon as it is available.
If you order multiple products and an item is out of stock, the in-stock items are shipped straight away and the remaining items will follow once they are in stock.
You can always cancel your order while you are waiting for your backorder to come into stock. Simply email your request to nexus.editorial@gmail.com or call at our head office 021-34985103. Please be sure to include your order number with your request, if you are sending an email.
